Greek Festival
Our annual Greek Festival features an assortment of delicious authentic
Greek foods, Greek Pastries, Greek Boutique, ethnic music, dancing and much
more. We will be having our next festival on August 19-20, 2006. We hope
to see everyone there!
Festival of Nations
St. George's community has a booth at the St. Paul Festival of Nations (http://www.festivalofnations.com).
We provide delicious Greek foods, pastries and boutique. Also our Greek
school dance troupe provides entertainment to all as they dance in the various
auditoriums and theaters at the festival.
Art Auction
The Art Auction is an annual fundraiser to benefit Youth Ministries at St.
George. We work with Marlin Art of New York, who provides us with a variety
of framed original and reproduction art which is sold in a spirited live
auction.
Opening bid prices are one-half to one-third of gallery prices on most items.
A portion of the proceeds is given to a local charity, which is selected
by the auction committee prior to the event.

Pie Sale
The
church hosts two pie sales a year. One sale is before Easter and the other
sale is before Thanksgiving. We provide a large variety of pies from Mrs.
Smith's bakery that include lemon meringue, apple, heath, pumpkin, apple
crisp, peach crisp, pecan, various types of cheese cake, cookie dough and
more. We thank all of our loyal customers and workers for their continuing
support and hope to see you back again for the next pie selling season!
