Sunday
School
Welcome
to the Sunday School informational page! My name is Andrea
Faches and I am the director of the Sunday School for 2011-2012. On
this page you will find the curriculum we are using for each grade, the
teachers' names, major Sunday School events and other pertinent Sunday
School information. Please contact
me if you have any questions or comments. We are regularly looking
to improve the quality of our program and are eager for parent volunteers.
If you are interested in offering your time and talents to our Sunday
School program, please contact me. We need teachers, assistants, homeroom
parents, substitute teachers and people to review and further develop
our curricula and handbook. Classes begin right after communion and end
at noon. Please help to make sure that the students and teachers get in
line for communion first so that they won't be late for class! We appreciate
your support!
This year I'm excited to announce that Diane Anastos has agreed to direct
our Sunday School philanthropy. She will work together with the students
to encourage stewardship for our church and community. Students will learn
how to cultivate their time and talents, as well as financial support
and watch how their contributions can impact our world. If you wish to
assist in this effort, please email Diane
Anastos.
